Hey all! So, in case you didn’t know – i’ve been a busy lady the last few weeks! Now, maybe you know I went and got married – but, that same week I also started a new, awesome job! I think that’s a lot for one week, don’t you? Anyway, the point is with all that going on, some things got neglected. Like the gym. Or eating healthy. (I may have had some real concerns about whether or not I’d fit into my wedding dress.)
So now I’m trying to get back on track. This involves eating better and going to the gym. So to give me my best chance at success, I made a whole batch of these veggie burgers this weekend to bring to work for lunch. And damn, they are good. The nice part is – making a batch of 8 (including the chutney!) only took me 30 minutes. Now, if I only I could get my tush to the gym in the mornings… baby steps!
