This summer I have been addicted to cherries. As in, I’ve eaten a 1+ pound bag of them in a single sitting. (My stomach wasn’t as happy about the idea as my mouth.) There are tons of desserts and snacks I want to make with these, but I since I’m trying to keep things as healthy as possible, I settled on these popsicles.
The verdict? They are crazy good. Disclaimer: If you don’t like any spice, this isn’t the dessert for you, and I can accept that we can still be friends. But the spiciness with the sweet cherries, and the chocolate? It’s a menage a trois made in heaven. Plus it only has 4 ingredients and is seriously easy to make.
