I am probably the only person who doesn’t like fall. I don’t like it getting colder (if it’s cold with no snow to ski on, what’s the point?), there is less sun, and tons of football. Blegh. Not for me.
That said, I do like some things about fall. I love apples, pumpkins – and like every other woman in America, I love pumpkin spice. Lately I’d been switching up my normal green breakfast smoothie with a quick breakfast of granola mixed with either a banana and soy milk, or a sweet potato breakfast bowl. But the granola we had at home – blueberry and cherry varieties were good – but too summery. And when I went to the market I wanted something other than apple cinnamon granola (not sure why, it just wasn’t working for me).
