Hello friends! So remember the other day, when I shared with you my recipe for the world’s juiciest veggie burger? Well, as healthy and delicious as that is – its kind of hard to have a burger without fries or chips. I mean, yeah you can order (or make) the side salad but that’s not as much fun! Except… ever since I’ve been trying to lose weight that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. And don’t get me wrong, the weight loss is definitely working! But… sometimes a girl just needs some chips. Enter parsnip fries and chips! We are addicted to these in my home. It’s the only healthy thing Joe actually asks me to make. (I’m not even kidding. Watching me put together this post for you all, he asked when we were going to have them again!).
Health wise? They are lower in calories and way higher in fiber and vitamins than regular chips and fries. Plus they are delicious!! And there are so many varieties you can make! Am I very
