Any time I make anything with seitan, I measure my success based on how much Joe likes it. Why? Well he doesn’t really like Seitan – the consistency or the flavor. Now for me, these sliders are a winner. They have all of my favorite flavor combinations, and they make healthy and delicious lunch or dinner. Plus, as long as you don’t spend forever chopping pineapples (like I did. Oops) they are ready super fast too. But, all that aside, what’s the point of whipping up a dinner quickly if 50% of your family doesn’t want to eat it?
